Use of Content

The services we provide to you through the Dropway platform include the Content and Functionalities available on the platform or otherwise provided to you as a result of your use of the platform ("the Services").

By using the Dropway platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are only permitted to use the platform and the Services as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions or on the platform. Furthermore, you agree that the Dropway platform and its Services are intended for your personal use only on a single computer or device.

You are strictly prohibited from removing, changing, or obscuring any aspect of the Dropway platform or its Services, or using any material obtained while using the platform or its Services, except as set out in these Terms and Conditions. 

Copying or using any material from the Dropway platform or its Services for any commercial purpose is prohibited. Additionally, you must not remove, obscure, or change any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original material or from any material copied or printed off from the platform or obtained as a result of the Services.

Linking to the Dropway platform from your website is permitted, provided that you have obtained prior written consent from Dropway and that, at Dropway's sole discretion, the context is relevant and the link or its description is not detrimental to Dropway.

Non-subscribers of the Dropway Network acknowledge that access to the platform and/or its Services may be restricted at Dropway's sole discretion in the interest of fully subscribed customers of the Dropway Network.

Please note that some areas of the platform or Services may not be accessible to you even if you are a subscribed customer of Dropway, depending on the subscribed services and credit limits.

Your Obligations, Information, and Proprietary Rights

When using the Dropway Sites and Services, you are bound to these Terms and Conditions and must use them appropriately and lawfully. 

Your obligations include refraining from accessing, receiving, or transmitting any Content that is obscene, pornographic, threatening, racist, defamatory, or in breach of confidence, any intellectual property right, or the law.

You must not crack or hack user authentication or security, interfere with service, copy pages, or register identical keywords with search engines to mislead others. 

You must also avoid transmitting electronic content, including viruses, which may harm computer systems owned by Dropway or other users.

Engaging in behavior intended to inhibit other users from enjoying the Services or damaging Dropway's reputation or any third party's reputation is strictly prohibited.

Public Communication Services, such as chat, discussion groups, or bulletin boards, may contain your communications and be available to others. Thus, you should be cautious when disclosing personal or sensitive information or any information that may identify you. 

Dropway does not control or endorse any Content of Public Communication Services.

If you provide untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete information, Dropway may terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services or access to the Sites.

Your information is governed by Dropway's Privacy Policy Statement.

Proprietary rights are protected under law, including trademarks and copyrights, for all TradeMarks used on the Sites and Services. 

You may only use the Trade Marks fairly and not as part of your own trademarks, to identify unrelated products, imply endorsement or otherwise cause damage to Dropway or the Trade Marks' reputation.

The Services, Sites, or any part thereof, including content presented by advertisers or third parties, are protected by proprietary rights and laws. You are only allowed to use the Services as set out in these Terms and Conditions

Charges and Liabilities.

Dropway is a platform that provides access to various services and sites, which are currently free of charge. However, the company reserves the right to charge users for accessing parts or all of the services in the future, subject to giving clear notice to users. Users are responsible for providing their own equipment necessary to access the sites and services on the internet and for paying any associated fees.

It is the sole responsibility of users to ensure that the services and sites are suitable for their purposes and up-to-date before using them. The services and prices are periodically updated, and users should regularly check the sites to ensure they have the latest information. 

While every effort has been made to provide accurate information, neither Dropway nor any of its employees or affiliates assumes any legal liability for the suitability, reliability, timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of the services or any part thereof.

If there is an error or mistake, technical or human, Dropway reserves the right to cancel any order placed by the customer at any time and refund the payment back to the customer.

Dropway cannot exercise control over the security or subject matter of content passing over the network or via the services, and excludes all liability for the transmission or reception of infringing content of any nature.

The sites contain links to websites, web pages, products, and services operated or partnered by Dropway, and users agree that their use of each website or service is subject to the terms and conditions contained within each website or webpage or attached to any products or services.

Dropway assumes no responsibility for and does not endorse content created or published by third parties that are included in the sites and services or which may be linked to and from the sites. Users agree to conform to the acceptable use policies of any websites, resources, and/or networks linked to or accessed through the sites or services.

The terms and conditions of Dropway specify that the company cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that users may experience while using the Sites and Services, except in cases where such liability cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law. This means that if you suffer any harm or injury while using Dropway's services, which results from their negligence, fraud, or any other form of liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, the company will be responsible for compensating you for such losses.

Dropway strives to maintain and ensure the availability of its Sites and Services. However, there are situations where availability may be affected by various factors, such as user congestion, equipment failure, or other causes of interference, which may result in the failure or unavailability of the service without notice. In such cases, the company cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages that you may incur as a result of the service failure or unavailability.

It is important to note that Dropway specifically excludes all liability for any special, indirect, or consequential damages, as well as any loss arising from your use of the Sites and Services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of content, or any other consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use or access the Sites and Services at any time. This means that if you suffer any losses or damages as a result of using the service, Dropway cannot be held responsible for compensating you for such losses.

In addition, all implied or incorporated conditions or warranties are excluded from these terms and conditions to the extent permitted by law. Your only remedy under these terms and conditions is to discontinue using the Sites and Services. It is also important to note that while Dropway makes every effort to ensure the security of your communications, there is a risk that your communications may be unlawfully intercepted or accessed by unauthorized persons. 

The internet is not a secure environment, and unwanted programs or material may be downloaded without your knowledge, which may give unauthorized persons access to your mobile phone and the information stored on it. Therefore, it is essential to be vigilant and take necessary precautions to safeguard your personal information while using the service.
