Return Policy

At Dropway, we provide an immediate return policy for our customers. We kindly request that you inspect your orders before accepting them from our delivery personnel. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with tags intact. Additionally, you must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that this policy does not apply to cooked food items.


To initiate a return, please reach out to us at (SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS). If the return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We cannot accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues:


At Dropway, we take great pride in ensuring that all orders are accurately fulfilled and carefully packaged for delivery. However, we understand that mistakes can occasionally occur, and we want to make sure that any issues are promptly addressed.


As such, we kindly request that upon receiving your order, you thoroughly inspect it for any defects, damages, or inaccuracies. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:


While we strive to offer our customers a comprehensive and flexible return policy, certain types of items are not eligible for returns due to health and safety concerns or customization. 


Perishable goods, such as food items, flowers, or plants, cannot be returned. Similarly, personal care products, including beauty items, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


Customized or personalized items are also ineligible for returns, as they are created to meet the specific preferences of individual customers. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses.


Sale items and gift cards are also excluded from our return policy.


Exchanges:


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the quickest and most efficient way to do so is to return the original item and make a new purchase for the replacement. This will ensure that you receive the new item in a timely manner, while also simplifying the exchange process for both you and our team.


Refunds:


If you are eligible for a refund, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed on the original payment method. 


Please note that while we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
