Dropway processes your personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations with you and provide our Services. This includes processing data related to you or your company to enter into and execute contracts with you. We provide our Services, which includes enabling and performing transactions with other users, displaying transaction and feedback history, payment processing, and providing other features and services you may use, as described in connection with such services. We will send you notifications relating to transactions and the use of our Services in accordance with your communication preferences in your Dropway account.
We also enable the delivery of purchased items by logistics/shipping service providers, including notifications related to delivery (such as tracking information), to the extent permitted by applicable law without your consent. We offer general customer support, including resolving problems with your Dropway account, arbitration of disputes, and providing other customer service, as well as enforcing fee claims. We also process general location data, such as IP address or postal code, to provide you with location-based services, such as radius search and other personalized content based on your general location data.
