Intellectual property ownership
Dropway retains complete ownership of all intellectual property rights related to its Technology and Services, including trademarks and product names. This agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Technology or Services, or any intellectual property owned by Dropway or its licensors.
The use of Dropway's name, logo, or any associated product names is not authorized, as they are protected trademarks of Dropway or third parties. You agree not to alter or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated into or accompanying the Technology or Services.
